Delete your account

You can delete your Talaqira account and data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

From the app

  1. Open Talaqira and sign in.
  2. Go to the “My card” tab.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete my account and data”.
  4. Tap “Yes, delete my account” to confirm.

Can’t open the app?

Email us from the address registered to your account with the subject “Account deletion request”. We confirm the request is yours, delete the account within 30 days, and let you know.

What is deleted

  • Your account, professional card and photos.
  • Your contact details (phone and email).
  • Your contacts, requests, notes and meetings.

What is kept

  • Aggregate event statistics, which contain nothing that identifies you.
  • For banned accounts only: the email and the reason for the ban, to prevent signing up again.
